Colours are frequency bands of light.
Each vibrate at a different frequency which gives its own unique stamp.
All electromagnetic radiation is light but we can only see a small portion of this radiation, we call this portion ~ visible light.

Cone-shaped cells in our eyes act as receivers and are tuned in to the wavelengths in this narrow band of the spectrum.
The other portions of the spectrum have wavelengths too large or too small and energetic for the first 5 senses of our perception.

White light is composed of all the visible colours in the electromagnetic spectrum, which can be shown through the use of a prism. As light passes through a prism, it is bent or refracted by the angles and plane faces of the prism and each wavelength of light is refracted by a slightly different amount.

Violet has the highest frequency and is refracted the most.
Red has the lowest frequency and is refracted the least.
As each colour is refracted differently, each bend at a different angle resulting in a fanning out and separation of white light into the colours of the spectrum.
LANGUAGE OF FEELINGS IN VISUAL FORM

The Psychology of Colour is the "Language of Feelings in Visual Form" ...it is how these wavelengths mix with your wavelength to create a harmonious dance, very much like when you hear your favourite melody being sung first in soprano (your wavelength) then with alto, tenor and bass (colours wavelengths).... which causes different parts of the body & psyche to open.

colour MEANINGS
As colours emit frequencies, measured in hertz, positive thoughts and emotions are associated with higher frequencies, while negative ones are linked to lower frequencies. Similarly, colours emit specific frequencies of light, with each colour corresponding to a different wavelength that aligns with specific emotional states or qualities. By surrounding ourselves with or visualising certain colors, we can influence our consciousness by tuning into or amplifying corresponding thought patterns or emotional states.
